I have been to Tula two times, and I love it! The atmosphere of the salon puts you immediately at ease, and I like that they feature the work of local artists on the wall. I was offered a beverage as soon as I sat down, and I requested Becky Spitler both times and got a cut and color. The haircut was great, easy to style on my own, and Becky and I came up with a shade of red that really turned out great! While I was waiting for my color to take, I was given a free hand massage that was so relaxing. I am a very satisfied customer and am excited about trying out some of the other services they offer such as sugaring. The reclaimed wood they utilized throughout the salon was visually appealing, and they really stay within the "organic" theme as much as possible, and I am a big fan of the Aveda products they offer. - Adrian J.

I visited Tula for the first time on Friday when I needed to have my highlights re-touched and my regular hairdresser was booked up for the next few weeks. Emily Askin, one of the owners did my highlights and I'm so happy with the results. She uses a special technique where highlights are painted on (instead of foils) so the color looks very natural and will grow out nicely. I've received a ton of compliments and I'm making the switch over to her. - Kristin K.
