At Tula Organic we value the well-being of both our clients and our planet. Our mission is to provide a relaxing environment for beauty services that are luxurious yet sustainable. We believe that true beauty is best attained through green business practices, pure organic ingredients, and a loving relationship with our local community.

Courtney

Manager

A Pittsburgh native with over 20 years of experience working with the public. She has her degree in History and over 10 years of experience working in corporate relocation and with international expats. Covid forced a career change and she couldn’t be happier. She enjoys getting to know our regular clients and playing “mom/barista” to the salon staff. Her passion is being creative and traveling. When not in the salon, she’s either working in her yard, having a bonfire or attending a live music event.

Jess

Master+ Stylist

Grew up in the south hills and just recently moved closer to the city with her boyfriend. She graduated from South Hills Beauty Academy and loves being creative with her work and continuing to learn in her craft. She loves working on highlights, balayage, color and hair cutting and is always learning new techniques to work with! In her spare time you can find Jess spending time with friends and family or watching a good show!

Becca

Master Stylist

Originally from Bethlehem PA, but came to Pittsburgh in May of 2020 and fell in love with the city. They started beauty school at the age of 14 and attended all through high school. They worked in salons while earning dual degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Becca loves to have fun with hair and truly treats it like an art, finding joy in doing fantasy colors, shags, mullets, and all the other “weird” styles you can think of. Their love of art extends to their hobbies as well, in the form of sewing, knitting, painting, and many more crafts. When not at work they can be found laughing with their friends or bundled up for a good horror movie marathon.

Dayle

Master Stylist

A native of Pittsburgh’s east end where she still resides with her daughter and collection of cats. Her favorite ways to spend time are out riding her horse or watching a Scandinavian suspense show while knitting. Her favorite styles are pixies and clipper cuts but she doesn’t shy away from a challenge. She has spent her post Covid years floating through her friends salons and enjoying all the different atmospheres, products, and being with different stylists. When not at the salon you can find her up the street at her shop Wildchild Stitches giving lessons or leading stitch.

KYLIE

Senior Stylist

Grew up in Pittsburgh. She graduated high school in 2019 with no idea of what she wanted to do. She tried mortuary science at first, but decided it wasn’t what she wanted. She decided she would go to school for something she would love doing which was makeup and make overs. So she decided to enroll at Empire Beauty and soon after graduated loving her choice. Her favorite things to do are haircuts, highlights, hair coloring and styling and she’s always open to learning more and testing her limits! Outside of the salon you can find her spending time with her son and friends, listening to music, relaxing, or practicing her skills on friends and family.

Laura

Stylist

Originally from Elizabeth Forward, Laura has been passionate about hair and creativity from a young age. She has extensive experience working with diverse clientele to achieve their unique hair goals. Outside of the salon, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her two children – whether exploring the city, working on creative projects together, or simply relaxing at home. She finds joy and inspiration in watching them grow and learn, a source of energy that fuels her creativity and passion both in life and in her work.

Becky

Owner

A Pittsburgh native with over a decade of design experience. She graduated from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College with a B.A. in Media Design and an Honors in Business. This collegiate experience places her in a unique position to offer intelligent and creative solutions during a consultation. As a cosmetologist, Becky has fallen in love with the combination of artistry and customer service that the beauty industry demands. Above all, she believes in empowering women by showing them how to enhance their natural beauty. When Becky isn’t behind the chair, she can probably be found working on her cape-cod style house, cuddling with her toddler, reading a new fiction novel, or having a zany adventure.
